  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Unfortunately at this time we do not. Please check back as we are working towards this.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    We strive to keep production time to 1-3 business days. Once shipped most orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

  • Are your products returnable?

    Because our products are custom-made specifically to your order, all sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted.

    Once an order has been placed, production may begin immediately, and we are unable to resell custom-made items to another customer. Please carefully review all customization details, measurements, colors, and options before placing your order.

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within [2] days of delivery and provide detailed photos so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

  • What is Hand Stamping?

    Hand-stamping is a process of hammering metal stamps into the surface of a piece of metal, one character or symbol at a time.

    Because each piece is stamped by hand, no two pieces will be perfectly identical. Slight variations in spacing, depth, alignment, and lettering are natural and are part of the handmade character.

    We like to describe it as “uniquely imperfect and made by hand.”
